Born on August 22, 1980 in Cerca Carvajal and currently residing in Pétion-Ville , Jean Robert Phanor is a seasoned Haitian professional in the fields of taxation , accounting and financial administration . He holds prestigious diplomas, including:
- A Master's degree in International Tax Administration from Paris Dauphine University (2019-2020),
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from INAGUEI (2002-2006),
- A Master’s in Financial Administration from ENAF (2007-2009).
A career based on experience and performance
For more than a decade, Jean Robert Phanor has worked within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) where he held several strategic positions: Senior Inspector , Head of Department , Deputy Director and currently Project Manager . These positions allowed him to specialize in the analysis of tax returns, the supervision of administrative activities, and the management of institutional relations with taxpayers. Alongside his administrative career, he taught taxation and general accounting in several Haitian higher education institutions between 2002 and 2016, thus contributing to the training of new generations of professionals.
