Jacquelin Monnely is a lawyer by training, with a degree in Legal Sciences from the State University of Haiti (UEH), and a registered lawyer at the Croix-des-Bouquets Bar . He has practiced as a practitioner at the Delmas Peace Court. His legal commitment has always been accompanied by a deep concern for social justice, a value that aligns perfectly with the mission of Globe Système.
Beyond law, Jacquelin Monnely trained in journalism at the Institut Francophone de Journalisme (IFJ), where he took specialized modules on public relations , the role of press attaché and professional writing . He was also a cultural journalist at MagHaïti , combining his intellectual rigor with a remarkable artistic sensitivity. This dual skill allows him today to be a strategic communicator , capable of bringing Globe Système's vision to diverse audiences.
An active member of Toastmasters International since 2018, he is continually developing his communication and leadership skills, essential qualities in projects with a high human impact. He is also passionate about holistic psychology , a field he explored through training in noetic sciences, thus strengthening his ability to understand human dynamics within communities.
As a member involved in the actions of Globe Système, Jacquelin Monnely actively contributes to the legal structuring , institutional communication , and strategic support of our social and educational initiatives. Her versatility, her sense of responsibility, and her ability to adapt are all qualities that enrich our team.
